Cara Stationery are a well-established stationery supplier based in Harrow, Middlesex.
As the name suggests the company are based in the Irish Community as are c70% of their customers.
Cara operate in a highly competitive market place which includes major ‘players’ such as Viking and to date most of their customers have been gained by word of mouth and referrals.
PBA were engaged by Cara to carry out a Sales & Marketing review to identify cost effective new routes to market.
Following a series of facilitated meetings with Cara’s Managing Director, Gerry Keaney, and research into the UK stationery market a series of potential prospects were identified and a marketing plan combining brand awareness, website development, referrals, email campaigns and PR was produced.
Where in-house resources were unavailable PBA were able to provide hands-on support to ensure the success of the plan.
